The window
You may return any product within 30 days of delivery, whether or not it has been opened. We would rather take back a jar than have it sit unused.
How to start one
Write to support@herboshakti.com with your order number, or raise it from your order page. We arrange a pickup at no cost to you for serviceable pincodes.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the parcel reaching us. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you nominate.
Damaged or wrong items
Send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a replacement immediately, without waiting for the original to come back.
