When will my order arrive?
Orders leave our facility within 24 hours. Metro pincodes typically receive in 2–4 working days, the rest of India in 4–7. You get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as the parcel is picked up.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is ₹79 on orders under ₹999 and free above that. Cash on delivery carries a ₹49 handling fee.
Can I return something?
Yes — within 30 days, opened or unopened. If a formulation did not suit you, write to us and we will refund it. We ask that you tell us why, because that feedback changes what we make.
Are these products tested on animals?
No. Nothing we make is tested on animals, and no ingredient is sourced from a supplier who does.
Can I take these alongside prescribed medication?
Ask your doctor first, particularly with turmeric if you take blood thinners. Ayurvedic formulations are food-grade but they are still pharmacologically active, and we would rather you check.
