Our story
Herboshakti began with two formulations and one farm contract. We still buy by the plot and still grind in small batches.
Why we started
Most Ayurvedic products on the shelf cannot tell you which farm the herb came from, when it was harvested, or what it tested at. We started because we wanted to answer those three questions on every label, and found that nobody else would.
How we buy
We contract by the plot rather than the kilogram, and fix the price before sowing. It costs more in a good year and protects the farmer in a bad one, which is the only arrangement that keeps the same families growing for us season after season.
How we make
Shade-drying, stone-grinding and slow oil infusion. Heat is the enemy of potency, so nothing is rushed for volume. Every batch is tested twice — once at the farm gate, once after grinding.
What we will not do
When a batch fails spec it is sold as animal feed rather than blended into a passing lot. That decision is the part of the process that never appears on a label, and it is the part we would ask you to judge us on.
